Family outing: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their six children to FAO Schwarz in New York today
It takes more than rainy weather to dampen the spirits of Brangelina's brood.
The famous family braved the chill today for a visit to New York's famous FAO Schwarz toy store.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were joined by all six of their children for the outing: Maddox, 10, Pax, eight, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and two-year-old Knox and Vivienne.
Rainy day: The family braved the cold weather for the outing
Once inside, the children, who are regularly treated to shopping sprees, were given lollipops and little Shiloh even managed to score a Papa Smurf doll.
The 36-year-old actress seemed in particularly high spirits on the outing, flashing a huge grin as she carried her youngest daughter into the store.
She recently gushed about her happiness to US Marie Claire, saying: 'Brad has expanded my life in ways I never imagined. We built a family. He is not just the love of my life, he is my family. I hold that very dear.'
'I suppose what I’ve learned from Brad is to be able to have the kind of family whose happiness and well-being comes before your own. I’m very, very grateful to have such a loving family, and I wouldn’t have that without him.'
Wet weather: The brood tried to shield themselves from the rain and hurried into the store
The star also touched on the subject of her children wanting her to marry long-term love Brad, 47.
'They have mentioned it, yes,' she admitted.
'If you take it in an emotional way, you think, Ohhh, the children! They don’t feel secure enough! But then you think, Now, wait a minute: They think a wedding is a party with a four-layer tiered cake!'
She opened up about her daughter Vivienne being a 'girly girl', divulging; 'She is so elegant and delicate. Vivi will pick flowers from the garden and put them in her hair. She likes to get her nails done and collects stuffed animals'
Smiles all round: The wet weather doesn't appear to have put a dampener on Angelina's or the store workers mood
'It’s funny for me to have to buy all things pink and watch princess movies,' the actress admitted.
It appears the pair have no intention of having more children at present, but they wouldn't rule it out, as Angelina added: 'Nothing planned at the moment, but we just don’t know. I could end up pregnant.'
Angeline has been taking time out for a heavy promotional schedule for her directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, which premiered in New York earlier this week.
Big bill? With their large brood to shop for the parents must anticipate a hefty spend
She told Marie Claire about the experience: 'It was nice for to play with other girls; I don’t really have girlfriends in movies, if you’ve noticed. Well, I have a few girlfriends. I just…I stay home a lot. I’m just not very social. I don’t do a lot with them and I’m very homebound.'
Angelina credits Brad with helping her juggle her career with raising children.
'I have a wonderful partner in Brad and we take turns working always,' she said in interview this week.
Fun times: The children stocked up on supplies in the famous toy store
Time out: Angelina took a break from promoting her directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey to spend with her brood
'So I was with the kids when he shot Moneyball, and when he finished he took a few months off while I was shooting this.'
