Patrick Kielty has reportedly asked Cat Deeley to be his wife.
The couple who began seeing each other early this year, were apparently seen this weekend at a party where Cat is said to have been sporting a diamond ring.
Deeley and Kielty were seen sipping on champagne at the Goring Hotel in London on Sunday amidst congratulations from friends.
Speaking to Heat, a fly on the wall at the hotel said: 'There was lots of congratulations and passing around of a ring, which was a rather large diamond from what I could see.'
The insider added: 'They both looked very happy and excited.'
In mid May, Patrick moved into Cat's £1.7million Beverley Hills mansion with plans to renovate the property.
The couple kept their blossoming relationship out of the public eye from quite some time after rumours about their friendship turning romantic began to surface after they went on holiday together in February.
And it wasn't until the 2012 Glamour Awards in London that the Irish comic, 41 and the 35-year-old blonde made their debut as a couple.
Patrick, made it known last year that he has been thinking of tying the knot in 2012, saying: 'I think that might be my New Year’s resolution... to get married.'
He and Cat have been friends since they hosted one of the original TV talent shows Fame Academy together from 2002.
A spokesperson for the couple refused to comment.
On Monday, Cat took to her Twitter account to boast about another ring which has captured her heart, showing off an oval ring with the letter C on it which she wore on her little finger.
The caption read: 'Love this ring!'

Since Cat made her move to America, the television host has made a big name for herself by hosting shows such as So You Think You Can Dance and American Idol.
The blonde beauty will now star alongside Disney Channel stars Zendaya and Bella Thorne in their new video Fashion Is My Kryptonite.
The 35-year-old will play the role of the fashion fairy Godmother in the clip which will feature in the upcoming special event Shake It Up: Made In Japan.
The video will premiere in the UK on August 31.
