Oh behave: Halle Berry got cheeky on Saturday morning in Los Angeles at the 2012 Entertainment Industry Foundation's Revlon Run/Walk for Women

As a brand ambassador for Revlon, each year Halle Berry takes part in the cosmetics company's annual women's cancer fund raising walk.

But this year, the superstar actress decided to give participants a good laugh by quite literally making a boob of herself.

Dressed in jeans, a white T-shirt and black Revlon jacket, the 45-year-old grabbed her breasts and played to the cameras today in Los Angeles.

The Monster's Ball actress was among tens of thousands of people who hit the pavement for the 2012 annual Entertainment Industry Foundation's Revlon Run/Walk for Women, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Over the past 19 years, the event has raised more than $65 million to fund breast and ovarian cancer research.

This is the sixth time Berry has served as event host and each year she makes an effort to bring a little humour to the gathering.

Other celebrities who were in attendance included former wrestler Stacy Keibler and Glee actor Matthew Morrison.

Heartfelt: Halle got a little emotional as she spoke to the crowds taking part in the event

Halle's efforts, along with the thousands of supporters, will aid research to help find the cause and cure of women's cancers.

The money raised also to helps fund support programmes for cancer patients and their families.

According to the Entertainment Industry Foundation's website: 'New treatments are being developed and lives are being saved' as a result of the EIF Revlon Run/Walks in Los Angeles and New York.
