Hands-on mother: Sarah Jessica Parker carried both her growing two-year-old twins Marion, left, and Tabitha, right, around Manhattan, today
She may be busy promoting her new movie, but Sarah Jessica Parker found time to give her adorable twins a cuddly lift today.
The 46-year-old star, who attended the premiere of her new film I Don't Know How She Does It last night, carried both her growing two-year-old girls, Marion and Tabitha, around Manhattan.
The trio were heading to an office on the Upper East Side, where the actress was getting stuck into even more work duties.
Parker went casual for her outing in a pair of fitted khaki cargo pants and a grey long-sleeved top.
Taking a break from her favourite sky-high heels, she slipped her feet into a pair of flats and carried a stylish Sonia Rykiel studded handbag.
Her two little girls could not have looked anymore different, with Tabitha wearing a checkered dress and a yellow bow in her brunette hair, and Marion pretty in a baby pink top and white leggings.
Parker, who has frequently spoke of how different her two girls are, last week explained to Jonathan Ross the contrasts between the toddlers.
Cute as a button: Marion looked pretty in a baby pink top and white leggings
'They are spiritually, politically, physically, emotionally, ideologically... they are very, very, very different in every day,' she explained.
'I mean they don't even looked related. When we go outside, people think they are children that have made a play-date.'
She told the British talk show host that one of her girls, Tabitha, looks more like her, and Marion has resembles her husband Matthew Broderick more.
'One is very olive in complexion like me and one is very see-through translucent like husband,' she said.
Helping hand: Parker lifted Tabitha up in the air as they prepared to hop into a waiting chauffeured car
'One has sweet little hooded Broderick eyes blue and one has big, like animated character, big brown eyes.'
The couple's twins were born by surrogate mother Michelle Ross in an Ohio hospital in June 2009.
The girl's day out today comes after Parker's big premiere for her new film, I Don't Know How She Does It, in New York, last night.
And while the Sex And The City star was as stylish as ever, she was somewhat overshadowed by her co-star Christina Hendricks' jaw-dropping look on the red carpet.
While Sarah kept it simple in a black maxi dress, her gravity-defying co-star, 36, easily eclipsed her as she paraded her famous assets down the red carpet.
Look over there mommy! Marion checked out the sights as girls headed to an office on the Upper East Side
The buxom Mad Men star, as always, stole the spotlight from everyone in the room in a plunging satin dress.
Parker did however look sleek in her black dress and her blonde hair in loose waves.
I Don't Know How She Does It stars Parker as Kate Reddy, a successful hedge fund manager who is the primary breadwinner for her family.
It is based on the best selling book of the same name by former Daily Mail columnist Allison Pearson.
Juggling mother: SJP also found time to walk her older son James Wilkie to school
Outshined: Parker was somewhat overshadowed by co-star Christina Hendricks' jaw-dropping look on the red carpet of their new film, I Don't Know How She Does It, last night
The film follows Reddy as she struggles to keep her life in order while trying to be a model wife, mother, employee and staying on top of her game at work with tough competition from her male counterparts.
The romantic comedy had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
It will be released in cinemas worldwide on September 16.
