Charged: Aggro Santos, who appeared in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, is accused of raping two women
Former I'm A Celebrity contestant Aggro Santos was today charged with raping two women.
The 22-year-old rapper is accused of raping one woman in Chichester, West Sussex, on May 7 and another in Yeovil, Somerset, between September 25 and 26 last year.
Another man, 21-year-old Tyrelle Ritchie, has been charged with one count of rape in Chichester on the same date, Sussex Police said. Santos, real name Yuri Santos, and Ritchie have been bailed to appear at Chichester Magistrates' Court on September 19.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: 'The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised Sussex Police to charge a man in relation to two separate investigations of rape in Somerset and Sussex and a second man in relation to the offence in Sussex.
'Yuri Santos, 22, of London, has been charged with two offences of rape; one in Chichester on 7 May, 2011, and another in Yeovil between 25 and 26 September last year.
'Tyrelle Ritchie, 21, London, has been charged with one offence of rape in Chichester on 7 May, 2011.
'The two men have been bailed to appear before Chichester Magistrates Court on 19 September.'
The charges in Chichester are understood to relate to an incident at the Ship Hotel in the city following a university gig where Santos had performed.
The musician 'vehemently denies' the claims, according to his solicitor, who described them as 'trumped-up allegations'.
Phil Smith, from Tuckers Solicitors, said: 'My client is shocked and appalled that he has been charged over these trumped-up allegations which are completely false.
'He vehemently denies these charges and will be vigorously fighting them.'

Santos, of Bickersteth Road, London, shot to fame early last year when he teamed up with former Pussycat Dolls singer Kimberley Wyatt to release the single, Candy. It peaked at number 5 in the UK charts.
Born in Brazil, the musician moved to London as a youngster before enrolling in the BRIT School for performing arts. After graduating at 17, he quickly became an underground star, featuring on Channel U and MTV Base and pirate radio.
His rapid rise to fame continued after he was spotted by Albert Samuel, the manager of So Solid Crew, and signed to Gary Barlow's label, Future Music.
After his debut single last year, Santos released two further singles - Saint Or Sinner and Like U Like - which both made the UK Top Twenty.
And the singer's career was given a further boost when he appeared on I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! at the end of last year.
Santos survived for 20 days in the Australian bush, taking part in four tasks and reaching the last six before being voted off by viewers.
'It has helped me to mature as a person - it's partly to do with everyone being older and wiser,' Santos said following his exit.
