Blushing bride: Reese Witherspoon, in a Monique Lhuillier dress, and Jim Toth on their wedding day
It was her Legally Blonde character Elle Woods' favourite colour and it seems Reese Witherspoon is rather fond of pink too.
The second-time bride, 35, chose the shade for her wedding to talent agent Jim Toth, 40, which was held at her Ojai, California, ranch on March 26.
Monique Lhuillier custom designed the gown featured a fitted corset top, sash and A-line tulle skirt.
Her 11-year-old daughter Ava wore a frock by the same label as she performed maid of honour duties while the actress' son Decon, 7, who was the ring bearer, wore a Rag & Bone suit.
The ceremony, according to one guest, was indeed a family affair.
'It was always Reese and Jim and Ava and Deacon,' an attendee told America's People magazine. 'The kids were included in everything. It was very sweet.'
'The were super excited to be part of their mum's day.'
The children, from her first marriage to Ryan Phillippe, 36, are said to 'adore' their new step-father.
Back to work: The newly-wed joined her Water for Elephants co-star Robert Pattinson to present an gong at the Academy Of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, last night
Reese' father John, a doctor, accompanied her down the aisle to the traditional bridal march and after the ceremony, the newlyweds walked out to Keep on the Sunny Side of Life in a nod to her Oscar-winning film Walk The Line.
At the reception, guests, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Scarlett Johansson and her new boyfriend Sean Penn, watched on as the couple enjoyed their first dance to Bob Dylan's Make You Feel My Love.
'It was joyous,' says another guest. 'It was such a relaxing, beautiful, soulful night. It was their kind of day.'
The actress didn't stop for a honeymoon and quickly got straight back to work promoting her upcoming drama, Water for Elephants and last night alongside Robert Pattinson at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Dressed in a black lace Marchesa minidress, Witherspoon and her British co-star presented the female vocalist award to Miranda Lambert.
Meanwhile, Reese has this week admitted that she feels she was too young when she first got married.
She was just 24 when she walked down the isle with her Cruel Intentions co-star Phillippe, and had two children with him before divorcing in 2007.
But she says her first marriage taught her a lot about how to make a relationship work.
She told Elle magazine: 'I was like ridiculously young. I learned a lot though. It was a good opportunity for me to find out what it means to be a partner and to be in a marriage, and it's not anything like I thought it was.'
Speaking about Toth's proposal last December, she added: 'You're surprised somebody wants to be with you because, boy, I've got a lot of quirks and wrinkles.'
