But it seems that Imogen Thomas didn't get the memo about ripped leggings.

The 29-year-old stepped out in some rather unfortunate legwear in London this morning.

Imogen's leggings were laddered down the front of each leg- an impossible look for almost anyone to pull off.

She teamed her leggings with black heels, a loose white top, and a studded leather jacket.

Imogen wore her brunette hair loose, and looked pretty with subtle make-up focusing on smokey eyes.

She appeared glad of a little downtime after her appearance on Daybreak this morning.

The model chatted about a new campaign to improve young girls' body image, and said that she was all in favour of celebrating a woman's curves.

Imogen was clearly rearing to go, and tweeted last night: 'Daybreak tomorrow! 5am pick up...ooooofffffffffff! Then birmingham with @YourSlimsticks for Jay Z and Kanye West The Throne!!! Can't wait x'

The star was clearly tired after her early start, and tweeted this morning: 'OMG! My head is all over the place! I just walked into nandos asking for a takeaway! @ 10am! Really not my day :-( x'

She added an hour later: 'Trying to feel better...I got a bit of jay z on ready for tonight! With @YourSlimsticks #watchthethrone xxx'

Imogen still looks tanned after her recent break in Barcelona, where she posted several photos to Twitter to keep fans updated on her progress.
