It seems Kirstie Alley has a new man to add to her dance card.

The 60-year-old was spotted leaving LA's Colony nightclub hand-in-hand with a mystery companion following a post-Dancing With The Stars party last night.

The contestant, who was dressed in leggings and a belted beige top, kept close to her date as they emerged from the venue.

The twice-divorced mother of two has been single for some time, however sources recently revealed that she is looking for a romance.


'She’s ready to find a boyfriend,' a source said last week. 'Kirstie has a thing for dark-haired men.'

It seems the former Cheers actress, who once admitted to being celibate for four-and-a-half years because of her weight, has found the confidence to return to the dating scene.

Her fellow co-stars were also enjoying a night out, with Petra Nemcova, Karina Smirnoff and Chelsea Kane hitting The Abbey in West Hollywood together.

Cane took along her boyfriend, former Laguna Beach star and Lauren Conrad's ex boyfriend Stephen Colletti, while Nemcova was accompanied by her fiance, British actor Jamie Belman.

Alley's love life was also a hot topic when she received a visit from her close friend John Travolta during Dancing With The Stars rehearsals.

The Grease star had viewers in stitches as he cheekily told Alley and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy they should improve their performance by releasing some romantic tension.

'What's going on romantically?' Travolta asked the blushing pair, to which Alley replied: 'Nothing.'

'This is the problem. The audience senses that. There's romantic tension,' the actor said.

'Why don't you go off and do something about it? Come back and let's see if there's a difference.'

Travolta, 57, turned up at Alley's house in Los Angeles while the former Cheers star was practising her foxtrot with Chmerkovskiy.

Introducing himself as the 'Dance Doctor', the movie star told Alley she was 'fantastic' and described her dance partner as 'the bomb' before dishing out his instructions.

Referring to the pair's mishaps in recent weeks, Travolta said: 'I understand there's been two problems - a fall and a shoe minus a foot or a foot minus a shoe.'

After discovering that Alley had been wearing Manolo Blahniks during the routine which saw her shoe come undone, he described them as 'too fancy, too fragile'. 'Let's try a sneaker. I suggest a High-Top,' he said.

Travolta then watched in the background as Alley and Chmerkovskiy practised their routine.

'My work is done,' he later declared. 'I'll send you the bill and we'll talk soon.'

The actor's advice clearly helped Alley and Chmerkovskiy through 'American Week' on Dancing With The Stars.

The pair, who performed a raunchy foxtrot to 'American Woman', got through the routine unscathed and scored 23 out of 30 points from the judges.
